What a fantastic time we had! Off season made it more cost effective for us, and the weather was awesome!
This was a staycation for us as we don't live too far from Newport, husband is a member of the NAC and spends quite a bit of time in Newport Harbor. It was awesome to be so close and share a morning cup of coffee with the team he paddles with. The home was very comfortable and the number of beds and the bonus of having 3 bathrooms was ideal for us. Phil and the Grand Welcome Newport Beach team were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

If you’re visiting Newport Beach, then look no further than this home. Phil and the Grand Welcome Newport Beach team rolled out the red carpet for us. It is literally one block from the ocean. I stayed here with my wife and three children during our Arizona fall break and it was the perfect location. 20 minutes to Disney, 10 minutes to Huntington Beach, and walking distance to great little park as well as Newport. So many great places to eat within walking distance and do not miss the bagel shop around the corner. 5 star stay!
