Perfect staycation for our family. The home is generous in size, spotless and comfortable. The Newport Beach oceanfront location is outstanding. The hosts, Phil and the Grand Welcome team, gave perfect instructions for check in and checking out and we so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back 10/10 highly recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay here. We were able to walk to coffee every morning and the beach was walkable as well. The guide left by Phil was very comprehensive and useful! The home was absolutely stunning - we all wished our house looked this way. Such an amazing stay and experience. Can't wait to come back next year.
Everything about this stay was perfect for our anniversary weekend. Super easy check in. Phil and the Grand Welcome Newport Beach management team were quick to respond when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. House was a good size and sparkling clean. Outside space was relaxing with water feature. This neighborhood is the best because you can walk to everything: parks, beach, coffee shop and great restaurants. We will be back!
The vacation rental was spectacular! The family loved being able to walk to everything and really enjoyed the beautiful beach. Everyone was also impressed at how comfortable the beds were, and how spacious the rooms felt. Phil and the Grand Welcome team were so helpful and quick to respond to all of our requests! Such an amazing time, wish we were still there.

This was a staycation for us as we don't live too far from Newport, husband is a member of the NAC and spends quite a bit of time in Newport Harbor. It was awesome to be so close and share a morning cup of coffee with the team he paddles with. The home was very comfortable and the number of beds and the bonus of having 3 bathrooms was ideal for us. Phil and the Grand Welcome Newport Beach team were so accommodating and helpful during our stay. Can't wait to go back!
If you’re visiting Newport Beach, then look no further than this home. Phil and the Grand Welcome Newport Beach team rolled out the red carpet for us. It is literally one block from the ocean. I stayed here with my wife and three children during our Arizona fall break and it was the perfect location. 20 minutes to Disney, 10 minutes to Huntington Beach, and walking distance to great little park as well as Newport. So many great places to eat within walking distance and do not miss the bagel shop around the corner. 5 star stay!
